I’m sooooo sorry that I’m so late posting! I didn’t want to skip this month, so let’s get going now!
I decided to try something a little different this month. I found a “saying/title” rather than a direct quote from someone. I thought this would be kinda fun!

I”m sorry, I know I’m super LATE, but I’ve been very side-tracked & I didn’t want to skip this month. Better late than not at all, right?
This month’s font is called Blog the Impaler {click the font to go download for FREE}. It’s very cool!! Since 3-D letters have been a new trend, thought you might enjoy this font! **EDIT** There was a problem with the download link not to mention a very graphic image on the site. So, I changed the link - click the font, then scroll down the page to where it says “Download Blog the Impaler Font” just before you see the character chart. Hope this helps!
You can use the font any way you want on your layout. Just post it in the Font Challenge Gallery. Then come back here & leave a COMMENT with the LINK to your layout, so we can all *ooooooohhhh* and *aaaahhhhhh* over them.

Happy New Year and welcome to the NEW Recipe Challenge. Yes, we are doing the challenges a little different. The site is going to have a makeover and we want to keep the challenges available while that is happening, that’s why they have moved to a blog instead of the forum.
How the recipe challenge works:
I will give you a recipe, you use the ingredients to make a scrap page.
January Ingredients:
1 heart
2 frames
3 papers
3 ribbons
That’s 9 items that need to be on your scrap page. You may use any of your kits for this challenge.
The Challenge
- create a Scrap Layout using this months recipe.
- upload an image of your layout to the DSO Recipe Gallery
- leave a comment on THIS POST before January 31st, 2009 including a LINK to your gallery posting. Be sure to come back and do this, without your gallery link I cannot find you to leave you love in the Gallery and send your Posting Bonus.
- VERY Important! The email you leave in your comment will be the one I will send your posting bonus link to. Check your spam folder if you see love for your layout and didn’t get the PB.

Hi Ladies, Happy New Year to you all, I hope you all have lots of fun and laughter in your lives during 2010 and I wish you all a very good health.
This is going to be my LAST Animal Kingdom Challenge as many of you do not have your very own fur babies to scrap, mind you it has given me a chance to do a few pages I needed to do for an album!
So if any of you gals have any great suggestions, throw them my way lol! and I’ll see what challenge I can come up with for February!
Any how… in this Challenge scrap any animal, bird insect you want.. I have a couple of Quick Pages for you as this months posting bonus..

You know what a new month means here at DSO..New challenges..Mine is very simple..just make your layout as always, then alter your photo in some way.
Post your layout in the DSO gallery-Altered Photo Challenge, then come back to this blog and leave the URL for you gallery posting and also tell us what you did to alter your photo. VERY SIMPLE…
