Quote Challenge – Jan 2010

I’m sooooo sorry that I’m so late posting! I didn’t want to skip this month, so let’s get going now!

I decided to try something a little different this month. I found a “saying/title” rather than a direct quote from someone. I thought this would be kinda fun!

Here’s the QUOTE I chose for this month:

“Real Men Wear Aprons”

    Made this one right after Christmas as I had also loved that quote; however, chopped it off for my title. Just posting it in the gallery, not for your challenge.

    Hmmm… my hubby does all the cooking but I don’t have any pictures of him cooking or in an apron so this one will be a bit challenging!! But I definately will try.

    My FIL is the cook in our family. So why did I only find ONE photo with him wearing his apron?
    Lesson learned: Take more ‘every day’ photo’s!

    I could not find any photos with men in aprons although I am sure I had a couple so decided to use my artist’s licence and not use a “real man”. The couple are my daughter and her hubby on their wedding day 19 years ago phew!!!

    This was a FUN challenge! Real men pose for silly pictures during their team’s championship football game if their mom/wife asks them. My guys are great!

    I found a kit full of rusted metal and gears from Numb Bumm and a couple of guy-type alphas from Sarah Bryant, so making the layout was really fun, too! Thanks for the challenge, Andrea! Here’s my link:
