February Scraplift Challenge
Oh my! After everyone complaining how hard last month’s challenge was, I have decided to go easy on you galls
I chose a SIMPLE but beautiful layout by mrscarol_1
I just loved the square photo frame against the curvy paper. You can leave her some love here.
Use the layout to inspire you; either in colours, layout or general theme and post your layout here in the Scraplift gallery so that we can leave you some love.
This is what you are playing for this month. It co-ordinates with last month’s posting bonus. Don’t forget to leave a comment here with a valid email address so that I can send you your posting bonus.
Have fun.
Di

Oh boy I am on a roll here. I am so sorry Bunny I forgot to put that the cutey patootie doodle frame was yours when I entered the photo. EVERYONE THE FRAME IS FROM BUNNY!! The cute kit was from LP3 and it is called All Boy. I have come to the conclusion that primary colours must have been a major subject when I was little because I seem to always go for the brightest primary colours.
Thanks for the challenge Di and also the great PB

As usual, I had to make an edit – spelt the LO we scraplifted, incorrectly.
Thanks, Di ! This photo is very special to me, now, as it turns out.

Hi Everyone, Ok.. my second EVER challenge. I think I’m addicted. Being a “newbie” I’m not sure if I’m supposed to give credit here for the digi scraps I’m using or not… Thanks to MrsCarol for the beautiful page. I loved the sentiment..I took several of the elements and wove them into my own page. It was fun trying to use more than one element. I began with the sentiment, and then tried to see how many more I could add… the curve, “lavender”, and greenery… Loved it!
I wish I could go back and get the first part of the PB from January. I love lavender and grow it in my garden–lavender soap, shampoo, linen spray– it’s the perfect PB for me! Thanks again!

Thanks so much for the challenge, Di, and for the layout to lift, mrscarol_1. This gave me incentive to learn a little about making curves using “paths” in GIMP. My 2-page layout, “Out on the Town”, uses the ideas of curves in a slightly different way. You can find the pages here:
