Recipe Challenge – February 2010 – closed

Welcome to the Recipe Challenge.  

Here’s how the Recipe Challenge works:

I will give you a recipe, you use the ingredients (different elements) to make a scrap page.  No food involved.

February Ingredients:       ——-  CLOSED  ——-

3  circles
6  different papers
3  different flowers
NO BOWS or RIBBONS

That’s 12 items that need to be on your scrap page.
You may use other elements on your LO, except BOW or RIBBONS.
You may use any of your kits for this challenge.

The Challenge

  • create a Scrap Layout using this months recipe.
  • upload an image of your layout to the DSO Recipe Gallery
  • leave a comment on THIS POST before FEBRUARY 28TH, 2010 including a LINK to your gallery posting.  Be sure to come back and do this, without your gallery link I cannot find you to leave you love in the Gallery and send your Posting Bonus.
  • VERY Important! The email you leave in your comment will be the one I will send your posting bonus link to. Check your spam folder if you see love for your layout and didn’t get the PB.

    Well I was determined not to be so late this month but I did not think I would be first LOL. I used my artists licence just a little. When I tried using 3 totally different flowers this very busy page ended up looking like a dog’s breakfast so decided to use 3 different “colour” flowers. Man it is pretty hard to use SIX papers

    Sounds great fun! Will strings be allowed, or are they considered ’round ribbons’?

    @Dinphy, LOL, Strings are OK. I guess they are round ribbons, but we won’t be that techincal ☺

    Loved the challenge! Really had me thinking, as after all the papers, I couldn’t find a spot for the circles first. But I managed, and like it better! THANKS!!
