March Quote Challenge 2010

February just flew by. Is it because it’s a few days shorter than all the other months? Or because I spent majority of the month putting together the yearbook for my kids’ elementary school and each day was a blur? Who knows? I’m glad it’s over and just keep getting excited for spring! It’s a little chilly (for Arizona anyway) and rainy, but I just know the gorgeous weather is right around the corner. YAY!

I liked changing it up a little bit by using some phrases. However, I found a quote that I really like.

Here is the QUOTE I chose for this month:

March Font Challenge 2010

SPRING IS COMING!!!! YAY!!! Although we keep getting a lot of rain. I guess that’s so all the grass and flowers will start blooming soon. I can hope right?

This month’s font is called Broken Ghost {click the font to go download for FREE}. It’s kinda grungy but cool!! I hope you like it!

You can use the font any way you want on your layout. Just post it in the Font Challenge Gallery. Then come back here & leave a COMMENT with the LINK to your layout, so we can all *ooooooohhhh* and *aaaahhhhhh* over them.

Recipe Challenge – March 2010

Welcome to the Recipe Challenge.

Here’s how the Recipe Challenge works:

I will give you a recipe, you use the ingredients (different elements) to make a scrap page.  No food involved.

March Recipe:     

1 doodle
2 flowers
1 paper element
1 ribbon
2 papers

That’s 7 items that need to be on your scrap page.
You may use other elements on your LO.
You may use any of your kits for this challenge.

• create a Scrap Layout using this months recipe.
• upload an image of your layout to the DSO Recipe Gallery
• leave a comment on THIS POST before March 31, 2010 including a LINK to your gallery posting.  Be sure to come back and do this, without your gallery link I cannot find you to leave you love in the Gallery and send your Posting Bonus.

March Scraplift Challenge

This month I chose this layout by Hutchie because I loved the journaling and the neat, ordered look and feel of the layout. I especially loved how she used similar photos of the pretty girl.

March Animal Kingdom Challenge

I can’t believe it is March already, We have had so much cold weather recently and by now we should have daffodils peeping through the soil, but this year they are real slow coming through. I can’t wait to see a carpet of yellow in my borders.

So what have I got for you this month?  A springy little number of course.  I have this tag for you, hosting a spring lamb!

Remember my new rule, you need to use this tag in your layouts as I am providing you with the animal, you can scrap any photo of your choice.
